Open Call
Loy Luo Space invites both emerging and established artists to submit their artwork for an opportunity to participate in our group shows. We are actively seeking talented artists across all media and styles to collaborate with and exhibit. Loy Luo Space will advertise and promote the selected artists and host a formal Opening Reception for the exhibition, which will include an Artist Talk during the reception. We look forward to discovering your artwork.
— Loy Luo
Overview
The core concept of Loy Luo Space is "Open Theater." Luo believes that it is precisely because of the inclusiveness of theater and the motivational function between theater elements that it can be used as a metaphor for art space and artwork itself. In other words, whether abstract or concrete, the artwork is not just an object with a fixed narrative but the theater itself. It is a carrier allowing all participants to enter and recreate independent scripts. Therefore, whether creating an art space or creating artworks, its essence is creating theater, a carrier that encourages spiritual interaction.
